Delivery policy

Resumetica provides IT services only: websites, AI powered applications, chatbots, ecommerce builds, automation and care plans. Everything is delivered electronically over the internet. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped by courier or post.

1. How delivery works

• Websites, applications, chatbots, ecommerce and automation: delivered by launching the finished build so it is live and working, with source files and access credentials handed over by email or a shared drive link.
• Care and maintenance: delivered as ongoing updates, fixes and monitoring for your existing website or software, confirmed by email once complete.

2. Delivery timeline

Timelines are agreed in the written scope note for each project. As a general guide, website builds are delivered in 2 to 4 weeks and custom software in 4 to 8 weeks from the scope call, depending on complexity. Monthly retainer work (Care Plan, Growth Retainer) is ongoing and delivered continuously through the billing period.

3. What you receive

On completion, you receive the live, deployed deliverable, the underlying source code or configuration, and any handover documentation needed to operate it. Where relevant, admin access and logins are transferred to you.

4. Delays

Delivery dates depend on timely content, feedback and access from you. If a delay on your side pushes the timeline, we will let you know the revised date as soon as it's clear.
